I want that foreground too...

the sky looks a little blown out... u could use a polarizer for that.. i started using it recently.. and its just creating wonders with the sky and clouds. another idea is to under expose 1 to 1 1/2 stops and merge the two exposures... this comes handy when the image has high contrast as this one...

nice one srikanth.. reminds me of my NY skyline pic...

a.p,

thanks for your suggestions, i would buy a polariser now.

it was very sunny, and i gotta compromise one thing, the cloud or the skyline. i went for the cloud..

@ NV sir,

mikka nandri.

Frames - I do it in photoshop.

simple frames

click,

image > canvas size > enter 40 as height and 40 as width in the boxes, make sure the units are pixels.

> select the color you want

> click apply

done..

:)

there are lot of ways to create frames in PS. this is simple. hope it helps...

I recognize the opera house.
hey, the subject is panaromic, but is the photo panaromic?

Srikanth said...

@ sojo,

you are right, it's opera. nope the shot s not a pano..it's a normal shot.
